Service Description

Combining her 9 years of practice with multiple disciplines of massage, Julia offers a service that aims to alleviate suffering. She has studied Traditional Thai Medicine & Massage, Somatic Bodywork & Coaching, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Somatic Stress Release Technique, Sport's Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Massage. She uses her combined knowledge to provide a service that focuses on alignment and release in the body, with hopes of ending at a place of relaxation and restoration. This session is typically performed with the patient clothed on a table, although you may need to undress a part of the body that needs a balm or oil applied, or massage, cupping, or scraping therapies used. The session could also utilize a hot compress to a sore or achy part of the body. No two session are alike, Julia will utilize her excellent training to determine the exact therapy that is needed for you guided by your capacity. Sometimes a patient needs only one session, other times the patient may need multiple session to find relief. We welcome you to be open to taking care of your body and mind.
