Service Description

Traditional Thai Massage meets Somatic Bodywork and Coaching. The view and approach is rooted in Traditional Thai Medicine while also considering Somatic Stress Release Technique™, Anatomy Trains™, Muscular Skeletal Alignment Technique™, myofascial release therapy, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. The session is sometimes interactive, requesting the participant be an active participant in their experience. We look at sights of shaping in regards to habits of the body, speech, and mind. Ideal for clients who are looking for a release of physical, emotional, and mental tension, full body relaxation and re-alignement, help with chronic pain, and healing old injuries. This option is also good if you are hyper-mobile or have history of difficulty with massage & bodywork due to sensory issues or trauma.
