Called Nuad Borarn, or 'sacred healing touch', Thai Massage is part bodywork part energy work. Done on the ground with the clothes on, the goal is to find balance in the body. Holding an elemental view, Thai Massage works to address pain and discomfort with the body using manual therapy, breath work, cupping, hot compresses, balms, and liniments. Many clients walk away feeling rested, restored, released, and re-aligned.
