ECSTATIC DANCE — a freeform movement journey for every body

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance movement journey, held in a safe and intentional container. It's a place to arrive as your unique self, without distraction or performance. The music builds gradually, carrying us into an ecstatic state, then gently brings us back down.

We dance without talking, without shoes, and without drugs or alcohol — conditions that make it easier to find authenticity and enter a meditative space.

Arrive by 6PM for the optional guided warm-up. The dance itself starts at 6:30PM and we close the circle by 8PM. This is an open event, so come and go as you please.
