Appointment Booking Policy When booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following: ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full session fee. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will also be charged the full session fee. ⸻ Card on File • A valid card is required to hold your appointment when booking online. • Your card will only be charged if: • You cancel or reschedule within 24 hours • You do not show up for your appointment • If you would prefer to pay for a missed appointment using a different payment method, please notify your therapist as soon as possible. ⸻ Respecting Everyone’s Time Our policy ensures that appointment times are reserved just for you.
