• 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty when you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged the full session fee.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will also be charged the full session fee.
