About the event
In this class we will use the practice of Mayo-Fascial Release w/Massage Balls to release tension and find relaxation in the body.
In this class we will use lacrosse balls to massage the body from head to toe. They will be provided, although you may bring your own if you prefer.
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat and wear minimal snug fitting clothing, although not required.
This class is adaptable to all bodies.
